Where It All Started
Blinx Healthcare was founded to break down the digital barriers holding back the NHS. Frustrated by outdated systems and inspired by frontline experience, we set out to build a modern, cloud-native platform – PACO – that works with care professionals, not against them. Backed by decades of combined experience in clinical practice, digital health, and enterprise technology, we’re powering integrated, patient-centred care across neighbourhoods-simplifying access, reducing admin, and enabling teams to work as one.

250+ practices live. Soft launch of our Urgent Care solution. Blinx becomes the only neighbourhood-scale EPR provider with a Global Health Record.
PACO Global EPR
We go live with our Full Clinical System across Urgent Care, Out-of-Hours, Private General Practice, and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. PACO now enables real-time, case-based collaboration across care settings—on track to support 500+ practices. Still values-led, partnership-driven, and focused on delivering better care.
