Testing, QA and Compliance Lead

As the Senior Testing, Quality Assurance & Governance/Compliance Lead, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver high-quality, compliant healthcare software solutions. Your role will involve leading testing efforts, ensuring rigorous quality assurance processes, and maintaining governance and compliance standards within the organisation.

  • Lead and manage the testing team, defining and implementing testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive test plans for healthcare software solutions, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our healthcare products.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of requirements, specifications, and code to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Establish manual and automated testing procedures, including integration into development pipeline activities.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Identify potential risks related to software quality, governance, and compliance, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address issues that may impact the successful deployment and compliance of healthcare software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to testing, quality assurance, governance, and compliance.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders, providing insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Mentor and guide the testing and quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance processes into the software development life cycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in testing and quality assurance roles, with a focus on healthcare software solutions.
  • Track record of delivering manual and automation testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with risk management and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
