✨ New Feature
Brand-new tools and functionalities added to PACO to help you work more efficiently and deliver even better patient care.
Health Forms
Add Comments to Health Forms:
You can now add private comments to Health Forms to work better with your team. These comments are just for your team and won’t go on the patient’s record (unless you choose to). You can also tag a teammate by typing “@” and they’ll get a notification to check it out.
What this means for you:
Leave notes or instructions for your teammates without changing the form
Tag teammates with “@” and they’ll get a quick alert
Clicking the alert takes them straight to the right Health Form

🚀 Improvements
Enhancements to existing features, based on your feedback, to make PACO faster, smoother, and easier to use.
Quick Forms
Remove SNOMED Codes from Health Forms:
Before, you could only add a SNOMED code when reviewing a Health Form. Now, you can also remove a code if it’s not needed anymore. This makes reviewing and updating forms easier and more accurate.
What this means for you:
You have more control when reviewing Health Forms
Mistakes or old codes can be removed quickly
Keeps the patient record clear and correct

Analytics
Easier Searches for Imported XML Searches:
We’ve made a small change to how we build the searches when you import XML files. Before, the system only looked at results from this financial year. Now, it will look at all the results ever added. This means you won’t miss anything important!
What this means for you:
You’ll see everything from all time, not just this year
It’s easier to find the information you need
You don’t have to change the settings yourself anymore
Analytics Improvements to support improved call/recall:
We improved the Analytics experience, which will help make a smoother user experience, especially in the area of call/recall.
In the Analytics table, the date columns now use calendar months for filters like “Next 3 months”, instead of 90 day increments from the current date.
We cleaned up a few spelling mistakes and blank dropdowns within the Advanced Search
We have enabled flexibility when using Financial Year To Date, so that you can search for flexible months after the current FYTD (e.g. FYTD + 1 month)
What this means for you:
A smooth UX/UI
More accurate and flexible automated searched
More robust call/recall.
Digital Front Door
Stronger Checks for Sending Codes and Links on Digital Front Door:
We’ve made the system smarter when sending OTP codes or scheduler links on the Digital Front Door. It now double-checks that the campaign is still active and that the daily limit hasn’t been passed. If either rule is broken, the patient won’t get a code — and they’ll see a clear message explaining why.
What this means for you:
Patients won’t get codes if the daily limit is reached or the campaign has ended
Clear messages will show if a patient is blocked
Safer, more accurate sending of codes and links
🛠️ Fixes
Resolved bugs and technical issues to ensure PACO runs reliably and as expected.
Analytics
No More Duplicate Rows in Analytics:
We fixed a problem where the table in Analytics sometimes showed the same rows more than once when you scrolled down. Now, each row will only appear once, even if there are lots of results.
What this means for you:
You won’t see repeated rows anymore
It’s easier to read and understand your data
Everything loads more smoothly when scrolling
PACO Connect
Patient Filters Now Stay On Screen:
We fixed a problem where the patient filter on PACO Connect would disappear too quickly. When you searched by name and picked a patient, the filter sometimes vanished on its own, taking you back to the full appointment list. Now, once you apply the filter, it stays put.
What this means for you:
Filters won’t disappear before you can click the patient
You’ll stay focused on the patient you selected
