Enhancements that make PACO more intuitive and efficient - Your feedback in action
Appointment Book
Reset all Appointment Book filters with one click:
We’ve added a new “Reset All” filters button in the PACO Connect Appointment Book. This allows you to instantly clear all applied filters—such as clinician, location, slot type, and quick filters at the bottom of the page—returning the view to its default unfiltered state.
Previously, users had to remove filters one by one, which was time-consuming and inefficient, particularly in busy clinics. This new option makes it quicker and simpler to adjust the view when managing appointment schedules.
What this means for you:
Instantly return to the default Appointment Book view with one click
Save time by avoiding manual filter removal

Clear appointment type icons in Appointment Book:
We’ve added appointment type icons to the PACO Connect Appointment Book. Each booking now shows a clear visual indicator (such as face-to-face, phone, or video), making it easier to identify appointment types at a glance.
Previously, appointments were listed without these cues, which could cause confusion when managing mixed session types across a day. By aligning the design with PACO GP and Rocketbar, the experience is now consistent and more user-friendly.
What this means for you:
Quickly see whether an appointment is face-to-face, phone, or video
Fewer errors when managing different appointment types
A more consistent experience across PACO tools and modules

Comms Hub
More campaign details now available in Campaign Manager:
We’ve added extra information back into Campaign Manager to make it easier to review campaigns without slowing the system down. When you right-click on a campaign, you’ll now see a pop-up with useful details such as:
Campaign name
Number of recipients
Send count
We’ve also improved the template usage view so that all campaigns using a shared template are now displayed correctly, even if the creating organisation wasn’t originally selected.
What this means for you:
Quick access to key campaign details in a simple pop-up
More accurate visibility of where shared templates are being used
A smoother, more informative Campaign Manager experience
PACO Connect
Notification Centre added to PACO Connect:
We’ve introduced the Notification Centre into PACO Connect, bringing it in line with PACO GP and Rocketbar. This provides a consistent, central place where users can see important updates, alerts, and activity without leaving the module they are working in.
What this means for you:
Receive timely alerts and updates directly in PACO Connect
Work with a consistent Notification Centre across PACO GP, Rocketbar, and Connect
Monitor system events and actions without switching modules

Fixes
Resolved bugs to keep PACO running seamlessly when it matters most.
Quick Send
Fix an issue when trying to save a new Campaign variant from the Quick Send Modal:
we’ve fixed an issue in Quick Send where saving a new campaign variant could fail. This meant campaigns and templates were only partially created, and health forms didn’t save properly.
We’ve also corrected the header styling in the Quick Send window to make it clearer and easier to use.
What this means for you:
New campaign variants can now be saved successfully from Quick Send
Health forms are included correctly when saving
A cleaner, more reliable Quick Send experience
