Improvements
Enhancements that make PACO more intuitive and efficient - Your feedback in action
Appointment Book
Quicker slot edits from right-click menu:
We’ve extended the right-click menu in the Appointment Book so that, alongside status changes and cancellations, you can now also change the slot type and update the associated Health Form directly from the menu.
Previously, these actions required opening the Edit Session modal, adding extra clicks and slowing down workflows. Now they can be done in one step without leaving the Appointment Book.
What this means for you:
Faster adjustments to individual appointment slots
Reduced risk of errors under time pressure
Smoother workflow for both reception and clinical teams

Comms Hub
Date filters in Comms Hub Analytics now update instantly:
We’ve improved the date filter in Comms Hub Analytics so that when you select a date range or preset option (like “This Month”) and click Apply, the data now updates automatically.
Previously, you had to click a separate Filter button for the change to take effect, which was confusing and slowed down your workflow.
What this means for you:
Data refreshes immediately when applying a date filter
No extra clicks or unnecessary steps
A smoother, more intuitive Analytics experience
Rocketbar
“My HF” and “My QS” now always show the current user as reviewer:
We’ve updated the system so that the Reviewer filter in Rocketbar for My HF and My QS tabs now automatically defaults to the current user.
Previously, old reviewer selections could get “stuck,” making it confusing to see which forms or quick sends were assigned to you. This update ensures that your view is always personalised and accurate.
What this means for you:
Reviewer filters now correctly show you as the current user
Easier to manage and review your own health forms and quick sends
Less confusion and a smoother workflow when working in PACO
Fixes
Resolved bugs to keep PACO running seamlessly when it matters most.
TPP
Clinician and Location dropdowns loaded correctly for TPP-only slots:
We’ve fixed an issue in Quick Send where the Clinician and Location dropdowns did not populate on first load when a message referenced appointment slots mapped only to TPP. These fields now load correctly without needing to press Refresh Availability.
Previously, the dropdowns stayed empty until users manually refreshed, while EMIS or PACO Connect-mapped slots populated as expected. This was caused by a missing trigger in the initial load for TPP-only slot mappings.
What this means for you:
No need to manually refresh—TPP-only slot options appear straight away
Faster booking setup with fewer clicks during Quick Send
More reliable, consistent behaviour across TPP, EMIS and PACO Connect slots
Quick Send, Quick Form & Health Form
Quick Send and Quick Form after Health Form Saved to Record:
We have released a fix for a bug where the Quick Send and Quick Form follow-up action buttons were not selectable after saving a Health Form via the Rocketbar. This bug meant only the close button could be used, which may have disrupted workflows from the Rocketbar leading to lengthy workarounds to undertake these actions separately. This has now been fixed and the Quick Send and Quick Form actions are fully functional.
What this means for you:
Restored ability to Quick Send and Quick Form from the Rocketbar popup as expected after saving a Health Form
Quick Send and Quick Form fully functional in the web app version of the Health Form inbox
A once again smooth and efficient workflow when handling Health Forms
Comms Hub
Duplicate messages in large campaigns are now prevented:
We’ve fixed an issue where large campaigns could sometimes send duplicate messages. Now, the process correctly tracks the status of all messages, ensuring each recipient only receives the campaign once.
What this means for you:
No more duplicate messages in large campaigns
Campaigns are sent reliably and accurately
A smoother, more trustworthy experience for your team and patients
Rocketbar
Consistent reviewer behaviour in the ‘My HF’ tab in Rocketbar:
We’ve fixed an issue in the Rocketbar where trying to remove the reviewer from the ‘My HF’ tab caused the field to glitch and reappear. The reviewer field is now greyed out in line with the behaviour of the ‘My QS’ tab, making the experience consistent and clearer for users.
What this means for you:
No more glitches when removing reviewers in the ‘My HF’ tab
Consistent behaviour across Rocketbar modules
A simpler, clearer experience when reviewing health forms
Shared health forms can now be added to existing campaigns:
We’ve fixed an issue where shared health forms from another organisation weren’t appearing when adding a form to an existing campaign. Previously, only locally created forms could be selected, even though both shared and local forms appeared correctly when creating a brand-new campaign.
Now, all available health forms — including those shared from other organisations — will show when adding to an existing campaign. This ensures teams can use shared resources without duplication or extra work.
What this means for you:
Shared health forms are available in both new and existing campaigns
Easier to reuse forms across organisations without needing to recreate them
Smoother workflows during busy periods like flu and COVID campaigns
Quick Send
Appointment reminders now show the correct end time:
We’ve fixed an issue where appointment reminders were sometimes showing the wrong end time. This meant patients could receive messages with incorrect appointment details.
Now, reminders will display the correct start and end time, ensuring patients have accurate information for their appointments.
What this means for you:
Patients receive correct appointment times in reminder messages
Reduces confusion and helps patients arrive on time
More reliable communication through appointment reminders
Quick Form
Fixed Missing Fields when Submitting Quick Forms too quickly:
Previously, if a user submitted a Quick Form immediately after entering data, certain fields could fail to save to the form and therefore patient’s care record. This happened because rapid submission could interrupt background processing for some fields. The issue has now been resolved, ensuring all form fields are saved correctly, even if the form is submitted quickly after entry.
What this means for you:
All fields in Quick Forms will now save correctly, even with rapid submission
Improved reliability and accuracy of care records
Reduced need to re-check submissions for missing data
