PACO Connect

Dark mode context menu readability fix in PACO Connect

We’ve corrected the styling of the right-click context menu in PACO Connect so that, in dark mode, it displayed with a black background and clear, high-contrast text for every option.

Previously, the menu used a light background that clashed with dark mode, making options hard to read and affecting accessibility. This has been resolved so the menu now correctly inherits the dark theme.

What this means for you:

    • Clear, high-contrast menus that are easier to read in dark mode

    • Fewer misclicks when choosing actions from the slot menu

    • A more comfortable and accessible experience for longer sessions

Appointment Book

External appointment reminders

We’ve resolved an intermittent issue that caused external appointment reminders to fail for some practices, and we’ve strengthened our internal error reporting to spot any future problems more quickly.

What this means for you:

    • Appointment reminders were delivered reliably, reducing missed appointments

    • Greater confidence that any issues were detected quickly behind the scenes

Comms Hub

Correct patient lists when sending ‘Consultations with Observations’ to Comms Hub

We’ve corrected an issue where sending an Analytics report from Consultations with Observations to Comms Hub used an incorrect Report Type ID. This had caused a mismatch between the report results and the patients appearing in the Comms Hub Patient List.

Previously, the wrong Report Type ID meant some patients were included or excluded incorrectly when the list was created in Comms Hub. The ID mapping has been fixed so the list now reflects the Analytics output.

What this means for you:

    • Patient lists in Comms Hub now match the Analytics report exactly

    • More reliable patient counts for campaign planning and audits

Prevented duplicate English templates and ensured correct version is sent

We’ve resolved an issue that intermittently created a duplicate “English” translation in the template editor. The duplicate entry could not be edited or deleted from the front end and, when used in a campaign, the system attached the duplicate instead of the intended template.

What this means for you:

    • The template editor showed only one English version per template, as expected

    • Campaigns sent with the correct, up-to-date template content

    • Reduced clinical risk from incorrect patient messaging
