Enhancements that make PACO more intuitive and efficient - Your feedback in action
Health Forms
Faster loading for alarmed Health Forms:
We’ve improved the performance of Health Forms that include alarms when opened from the Health Form Inbox. Previously, these forms loaded more slowly than equivalent non-alarmed forms, leading to longer wait times for users.
This update optimises how alarm data is retrieved and displayed, resulting in a smoother and faster experience across all Health Form types.
What this means for you:
Faster loading when opening alarmed Health Forms
Smoother workflow when reviewing multiple forms in sequence
Reduced delays in clinical and administrative form processing
Analytics
New Columns in PACO Analytics:
We’ve added new columns in PACO Analytics to give you a more complete picture of patient activity and consultation data.
The Consultations With Observations and Consultations Without Observations tables now include a Slot Status column, making it easier to see whether a slot was booked, cancelled, or DNA’d.
In addition, the Patient Analyser now includes a Problem End Date column, helping you track when clinical problems have been resolved or closed.
What this means for you:
Clearer visibility of consultation slot outcomes directly in Analytics
Easier identification of active versus completed clinical problems
More accurate and detailed reporting for audits and reviews
Fixes
Resolved bugs to keep PACO running seamlessly when it matters most.
Health Forms
Health Forms now appear correctly for single-action campaigns:
We’ve fixed an issue that affected campaigns with only one action when using the timer control. Previously, the Health Form would wait for a non-existent “next action” before appearing in the inbox, meaning it never became visible.
Now, if a campaign has just one action, the Health Form will correctly go straight into the inbox as soon as it’s submitted.
What this means for you:
Single-action campaigns now behave as expected
Health Forms appear in the inbox without delay
No need to manually check for missing Health Forms
Reviewer filter now works in Health Form Inbox:
We’ve fixed an issue where the Reviewer field was not filtering results correctly in the Health Form Inbox.
Previously, applying a reviewer filter could return incomplete or incorrect results, making it harder to focus on the right forms. This has been corrected so the filter behaves as expected across the inbox.
What this means for you:
Reliable filtering to show only forms assigned to the selected reviewer
Quicker triage by narrowing the list to the right cases first time
Consistent results across all Health Form Inbox tables and views
Reliable Health Form submissions:
We’ve resolved an intermittent issue that affected Quick Forms and Health Forms with auto-submit enabled. In rare cases, the system was sending incomplete Health Form data to the clinical record because it attempted to read the data before it had fully finished saving.
We’ve added safeguards so the system now checks that the full form has been written before sending it on. If the data isn’t complete, it automatically retries until the full submission is ready.
What this means for you:
Complete and reliable Health Form submissions every time
No more partial records appearing in clinical systems
Improved stability and data accuracy across Quick and auto-submitted forms
PACO Connect
Automated DNA triggers now working correctly:
We’ve fixed an issue where automated DNAs (Did Not Attend) in PACO Connect were not always triggering as expected. DNAs now trigger automatically 10 minutes after an appointment’s scheduled time if no other status (such as “Patient Arrived”) has been recorded.
We’ve also applied this fix historically, ensuring that any previously missed appointments have now been correctly marked as DNAs.
What this means for you:
DNAs now trigger automatically without needing manual input
Missed appointments are accurately reflected in your records
Reporting and follow-up workflows are now fully up to date
Appointment Book
Appointment booking reliability restored:
We’ve fixed an issue that caused some appointment slots to become unbookable. This happened when a slot’s type wasn’t correctly added to the list of associated slot types for its session.
Now, when a slot has a new slot type added, the system automatically updates the associated slot types for the session, ensuring appointments remain bookable as expected.
What this means for you:
Sessions automatically stay in sync when slot types are changed
Reduced disruption to appointment scheduling and clinical workflows
Care Navigation
Time Limits in Care Navigator Now Enforced:
We’ve fixed an issue where time limits on health forms in Care Navigator were not being enforced. Previously, patients could submit forms even after the deadline had passed, which could result in outdated or invalid data being submitted.
What this means for you:
Time limits are now correctly applied, preventing submissions after the deadline.
Patients receive a clear notification when a time limit is in place.
Staff can rely on timely, accurate data, and the user experience is consistent with Digital Front Door campaigns.
Campaign Manager
Fixed Timer Control desync that hid single-action Health Forms:
We’ve fixed an issue in Campaign Manager where the Timer Control could become desynchronised: the UI showed it unticked, but a Timer Control record still existed in the database. This left single-action campaigns (Health Form only) waiting for a “next action” that didn’t exist, so submissions never reached the Health Form Inbox.
We’ve ensured the UI and database stay aligned. Unticking Timer Control now reliably removes the database flag, and single-action campaigns release Health Forms to the inbox as expected.
What this means for you:
Health Forms from single-action campaigns now appear in the Health Form Inbox promptly
Timer Control settings stay in sync between the UI and the database
You can safely toggle Timer Control without risking hidden submissions
Patient Search
Patient search: consistent ‘Include deleted patients’ filter and dark mode fix:
We’ve corrected the behaviour of the Include deleted patients filter so it worked consistently across PACO Connect, PACO GP and Rocketbar. Deleted patients were now hidden by default in all products, and the toggle reliably showed or hid deleted records when enabled.
We’ve also fixed a visibility issue in dark mode. On PACO GP and Rocketbar, the Include deleted patients label text now rendered in high-contrast (white) to remain readable against dark backgrounds.
What this means for you:
Consistent search results across Connect, GP and Rocketbar
A reliable toggle to show or hide deleted patient records when needed
Clear, readable labels in dark mode for easier use
