Improvements

Enhancements that make PACO more intuitive and efficient - Your feedback in action

Patient Portal

Appointments in the patient profile now display in a clear, logical order:

We’ve improved how appointments appear in the patient profile by sorting them in proper chronological order, with the most recent appointments shown first. This makes it much easier to review a patient’s recent activity at a glance.

Previously, appointments could appear jumbled or out of sequence, which made it harder to follow the patient’s timeline. This update ensures a consistent and intuitive view every time.

What this means for you:

    • A clearer view of each patient’s recent appointments

    • Easier navigation through past and upcoming appointments

    • Quicker decision-making with information shown in the right order

Fixes

Resolved bugs to keep PACO running seamlessly when it matters most.

Multi-Organisations

Reliable tag filtering across multiple organisations:

We’ve fixed an issue with tag filtering when working across multiple organisations. Previously, the tag filter displayed each tag combined with its practice name and attempted to filter using this full combined label. This caused the inbox filter to fail or behave inconsistently.

We’ve updated the behaviour so that filtering now uses only the actual tag name. This brings the filter back in line with how users expect tags to work and makes it easier to manage inbox views across multiple organisations.

What this means for you:

    • Tag filters now work reliably, even when you’re viewing multiple organisations

    • Easier to find the right patients and messages by the tag you selected

    • More consistent inbox behaviour, reducing confusion and manual checking
